2. Drawing Date: September 4th, 2011 - Three winners will be chosen at random from all of the contest entries received during July 1st to August 31st. The contest will run from 12:01AM on July 1st until 11:59PM on August 31st. Only one ResellerRatings.com user account is permitted per person. Registering multiple user accounts will disqualify all of your entries.
3. Notification: The drawing date will be September 4th. Winners will be notified by email within 2 calendar days of being selected. You must respond to our email to provide your mailing address, and if you fail to respond or to provide us with a valid mailing address within 7 business days, you will forfeit the prize. Discount-Low-Voltage.com will make only one attempt to contact the winner via email message, and Discount-Low-Voltage.com is not responsible for any kind of communications failure which prevents that email message from reaching the winner. If any prize notification or any prize is undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from the pool of all eligible entries. Prizes won by minors will be awarded in name of parent or guardian. Winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or by the acceptance and/or use of any prize and release Discount-Low-Voltage.com from any such liability. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation or notice.

4. How to Enter: To earn an entry into the giveaway, simply visit
http://www.resellerratings.com/store/survey/Discount_Low_Voltage and write a review of your experience at Discount-Low-Voltage.com. Your completed, active review, consisting of a completed survey form and a text review of at least 25 characters, will earn a giveaway entry. All reviews must comply with our terms of service and any review that fails to do so will not be eligible to earn a contest entry. You must activate your ResellerRatings account by clicking on the verification link emailed to you, otherwise you will be ineligible for this contest. Any review submitted to ResellerRatings with an invalid or missing order number is subject to deletion and will not earn a contest entry.

5. Conditions: Discount-Low-Voltage.com is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or ineligible.
6. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Canada. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Employees and consultants of Discount-Low-Voltage.com, its sponsor(s), its advertisers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families of any of the foregoing are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
7. Delivery: The 32" LCD TV prize will be shipped to the giveaway winner within 1 week following the date that Discount-Low-Voltage.com receives winner's shipping address. Discount-Low-Voltage.com is not responsible for manufacturing or shipping delays. The Gift Card prizes will be emailed to the winner no later than 7 days after the contest ends.
8. Terms: Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Discount-Low-Voltage.com, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this sweepstakes promotion. Discount-Low-Voltage.com reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules. Discount-Low-Voltage.com will ship the prize to the winner via UPS Ground, and Discount-Low-Voltage.com is not responsible for any failures by UPS to successfully deliver the prize, or any failure of the winner to successfully accept the shipment. Only one prize mailing will be attempted per winner.
